QA Standard of EDM cutting write

•  检查防潮塑料膜真空包装是否密封良好；

Checking whether the package by the moistureproor plastic film is sure to keep off the oxygen.

•  检查标签，说明书，干燥剂是否正确；

Checking whether the brand,operation manuel and the drier are ok.

•  拆开包装后，看是否有乱线，松线，用放大镜检查表面光洁度；

Open the package,see whether the wirte is disearded of loose,and use magnifier to check he degree of finished.

•  用电子数显外径千分尺检查线径误差；

Using micromerer to check the diameter in accuracy tolerance.

•  剪下一段线检查其平直度，卷曲波浪及其光滑度，抗拉强度；

Cut 1m wire to check its vertical and curl wave rate,test its smoothness and tensiie strength.

•  所有检查项目必须合乎电极丝企业执行标准。

The testing step should sccord to the enterprise operation standard for the EDM cutting wire.
