Character: Zinc layer and copper wire are interlocked together after the process of annealing as the contact surface becomes rough, which will prevent zinc layer falling off from core wires.

 Product Performance: The final product has the same mechanical property with H65 brass wire with tensile of 1000/mm2 and 27 IACS% for electric conductivity. Porous surface structure improves cooling performance by increasing contact surface with cooling fluid. Zinc materials are evaporated and condensed into small particle, which enhances cutting speed for about 15 to 20 percent. Moreover, the rate of wire breakage is low, and wire is straight, so that wire can be thread automatically. The product performance of our product has close performance with German, French, and Japanese coated, especially in cutting tungsten steel die.
